Loyalty Programme FAQs

We've made it super easy to earn Box Points in a variety of ways - you'll earn points as soon as you create a customer account, by following us on social media and of course, you'll earn points every time you make an order! To see all the ways you can earn, scroll up to the FodaBox Loyalty Programme box.

Your Box Points can be viewed as soon as you Login to your Account. It will also display a breakdown of how many Box Points you have available to spend.

Nope! Go ahead and earn as many as you can - the more points you have, the more rewards you have access to.

As long as you have made a purchase fodabox.com within the last 365 days, your points will remain active. Your points will expire after 365 days of inactivity - be sure to use them, not lose them!

Orders paid for in full using Gift Cards are not eligible to earn Box Points. However, if the Gift Card does not cover the full amount of the order, then you will earn Box Points against the remainder of the order which was paid for.

Here's an example. If the order value was £50 and you paid using a £30 Gift Card and £20 on a Credit or Debit Card, then you will earn Box Points on the £20 that was paid for using the card.

Box Points will only be eligible on reviews for products you have purchased with your FodaBox account - remember to log in before completing your Checkout. We'll send you a Review Request email after you have placed your order, or you can also leave a review by visiting the product page. You get 100 Box Points per eligible review, and an extra 50 Box Points if you include a photo. You will only earn points once per product ordered.

We love hearing what you think, so you are welcome to leave as many reviews as you like - just remember you can only earn Box Points if you meet the criteria specified above. You will not earn Box Points for leaving Company Reviews but we still like to read them and see how we're doing

Scroll up to the FodaBox Loyalty box and you'll see all available Rewards and how many Box Points are needed to claim. You can also redeem Box Points against orders. 

You can also view your Box Points balance and redeemable Rewards at any time by logging to your Account.

Don't worry! Head to the Rewards box > Get Rewards > scroll to Your Claimed Rewards. You'll be able to see your claimed but not yet used rewards. Select View Reward and you will see your code. Once claimed rewards have been used, they will be removed from this section.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to bank any un-used Box Points from a code. We suggest if you have a code for an amount to use, that you ensure you use the full amount.

Unfortunately, no. You can only use one code per order. If you add multiple codes, only one will be accepted during checkout.

Once. Each code you receive through your rewards program is a one-off code that will expire after being used for a purchase.

In this case, any pending Box Points from the referral will be cancelled and removed from your balance.

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately.
In progress: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. This may take up to 10/15 (CHECK) working days to be approved.
Claimed: These points have been used or 'spent' and cannot be used again.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
When an order is cancelled, you will see Points Deducted under Points Activity

It could be a number of things. Expired points, an order return, cancellation or a referral returned their order. You can check your Reward History for an explanation.

Not to worry - depending on the activity, it may take some time for the Box Points to be credited to your account. For example, points earned on orders are added after 14 days, while points for social follows are added instantly. You can check your Reward History to see Box Point status.

You can leave at any time, just request at support@fodabox.com. You’ll be unenrolled from the scheme and you’ll lose all points earned. Please note your FodaBox Customer account will still be active.

You’re always welcome back. Just email us at support@fodabox.com with your request and we’ll create a new FodaBox Loyalty account for you. Heads up though - your point balance will restart from zero.
