More than a few eyebrows were raised when we said we wanted to slip 20g of protein into a water drink. ‘You do know…’ Yes, yes. We knew about the bad taste of protein. But it’s such good stuff, there just had to be a way to make it work.

It didn’t happen overnight or over a few nights. Took 2 years.

We trialled all kinds of flavour combos. Some we thought would be delicious didn’t turn out that way. But a quality quartet emerged which we really, really like. Hope you do too: Strawberry & Rhubarb, Citrus & Apple, Watermelon, Orange & Mango and Peach & Raspberry.

5 Packs = 1 Tree | Our 1% Pledge

At Vieve, since we started as a business back in 2018 we have always donated close to 1% of our sales to charity. This is no small feat given our small (and ever-declining!) profit margins as a start-up!

What does this mean for you as a shopper? Every time you buy a product that sports the 1% for the Planet logo, a portion of that product’s proceeds go towards protecting and rejuvenating Mother Earth.⁠

We all can do a little bit more and this is our way to hold ourselves accountable to ensure that are we doing more. ⁠

Since the launch of our Orange & Mango flavour, we have partnered with the Mango Tree Trust and @buy1give1 to plant a tree for every 5 packs we sell through our website. That’s right: five packs = one tree.

Through our work with The Mango Tree Trust and B1G1 we will be replacing forest areas in Kenya that have been devastated due to environmental degradation as people cut trees for charcoal and firewood, harvest sand to sell and leave big sand mines and necked hills and villages with no trees.

We are also planting Mango Trees, which will help to provide a sustainable source of income and help to improve the economic conditions of families and farmers in Kenya. Our goal is to plant 25,000 trees in the next year, or roughly the equivalent of a small village…

We recognize that we are part of the problem, but in the end we also want to be part of the solution and this is one small step to helping us achieve this goal…

We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.

All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

Surcharges

A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.

Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.

Future Delivery Dates

While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.

Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.

By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.
