If you are looking for the perfect gift for a chocolate lover (or maybe yourself?), look no further!

Our Bi-Monthly subscription will allow you to pre-pay now and receive a new box of Rococo Fresh every other month for 12 months (for a total of 6 boxes).

What is inside the box?

These chocolates are handmade in small batches in our London kitchen by Head Chocolatier Ricarte Mariz and our passionate team of chocolatiers. Every few months we add a small number of chocolates to this collection, inspired by the changing seasons.

The high standards achieved by the chocolates in this collection have been consistently recognised by the Academy of Chocolate and the International Chocolate Awards, leading to the award of Chocolatier of the Year and the inaugural Golden Bonbon Award, for the highest-scoring chocolate of the year.

Each box contains a specially selected array of chocolates, this is designed to bring you on a virtual journey for your taste buds. It is best to taste the more delicate chocolates first and progress to the more robust, spicy flavours. You should store them in a cool dark place at around 18°C, avoiding the refrigerator if possible.

How does this work? 

You will be charged for the full amount when placing your order, and the first box will ship shortly after. 


Once your box is sent, you will receive an email from our team to confirm your box is on its way! 

For each box dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email - however rest assured that you will not be charged again.

When your subscription expires, you will receive an email asking you whether you want to extend your subscription - no bad surprises and no commitment to renew.

Should you wish to add a gift note, you can do so for the first box and the first order, however you will not be able to add another note for subsequent boxes.

If you need your first box to be delivered for a specific occasion, such as a birthday, be sure to email us at customerservice@rococochocolates.com to ensure your box is sent within your desired delivery window. 

 

Allergy Warning: Most of these chocolates contain butter, cream, nuts and soy. All chocolates may contain traces of nuts, sesame, peanuts, sulphur dioxide and lupin traces as those products are handled in our factory. Some chocolates will contain alcohol. Those who are gluten intolerant should avoid all the pralines and marzipans.

That's the magic of Rococo Chocolates, a British brand where cocoa cravings meet culinary artistry. But Rococo isn't just about fancy truffles and pralines – it's a love story steeped in tradition, a sprinkle of eccentricity, and a whole lot of deliciousness. Back in 1883, a charming chap named Thomas Dunn had a dream: to make chocolate so good, it'd steal kisses and spark conversations. So, he opened a tiny shop in London, filling it with handcrafted treats that were as bold as his imagination. Fast forward to today, and Rococo's still dazzling taste buds with their unique blends and unexpected twists (think rose and pistachio, or chili and lime – your mouth is watering already, right?). They source the finest ingredients, hand-craft every single piece, and wrap them in packaging so pretty, they're practically gifts themselves.

We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.

All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

Surcharges

A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.

Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.

Future Delivery Dates

While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.

Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.

FodaBox Limited are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason contact us within 14 days of your order to discuss a refund or replacement item.

Things to be aware of:

By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.
